Because handmade products are unique, slight variations in color, texture, size, and patterns may occur and are considered part of the beauty and authenticity of each piece.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Custom or personalized orders
Made-to-order products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Handmade Product Variations

Because our bags and accessories are handmade:

Minor variations in stitching, color, and patterns are natural
Measurements may vary slightly
Colors may appear different depending on screen settings

These unique characteristics are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent
The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production begins or an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible for handmade or custom products.
